Prior to joining RHP, Martin directed half of the corporate office at Palmetto Primary Care Physicians (PPCP)—a group of 100+ providers in Charleston, SC. There, she was responsible for leading quality projects, including SC’s first Patient-Centered Medical Home contract with BlueCross BlueShield (2008). She also designed and managed the necessary infrastructure for the PCMH including Case Management, Diabetes Education, Care Transitions, and Meaningful Use.
